Lobna Jeribi

Introduction

Lobna Jeribi is performing as Public Policy Senior Advisor position with various international organisations, in the fields of Change Management, Building State Capability PDIA, Strategic Planning, Data Driven Public Policy, SDG, Sustainable Development She was the Minister of national projects and reforms of Tunisia and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research ad interim (2020). Before being appointed Minister in February 2020, she was a MP and constituent in the National Constituent Assembly from 2011 to 2014: Vice-president of the commission for the preamble and fundamental principles and amendments to the constitution; general rapporteur of the finance and regional development commission at the NCA. Since 2015, she has served as the founder and president of Solidar Tunisia, a Think Tank that support the development process with the Tunisian authorities. Specializing in strategic reform analysis and the implementation public policy strategies, Solidar Tunisia has been instrumental in supporting the country's progress. Through her leadership, she has successfully initiated and supervised numerous collaborative projects with diverse donors, focusing on fostering dialogue and forging partnerships among various stakeholders such as civil society organizations, government, private sector entities, and academic institutions. Furthermore, she has played an important role in assisting the government and parliament in executing reforms and introducing innovative methods and approaches to tackle complex public policy challenges. Notably, in 2022, she acquired a Change Management Practitioner Certification from PROSCI, further enhancing her expertise in facilitating organizational change. She have a PhD in Information Systems and Artificial Intelligence (2001), and computer engineer graduated from INSA Lyon (1998) and teaches in Tunisian and French universities (since 2001), INSA Lyon, Sorbonne Paris 1, and at ENSI. She is the author of several articles in journals in the field of public policy and a researcher - Project Manager at the Rhône-Alpes Department, Lyon, France (1998-2001): Artificial Intelligence and Information Retrieval System for the Visually Impaired.
