Fintech building InEx, a regulated digital exchange for EU carbon allowances (EUAs) on a permissioned EVM chain, operating under ACPR/AMF oversight. • Architectural design and implementation of all backend systems surrounding the on-chain order book, combining on-chain settlement and off-chain high-throughput indexing • Rust EVM indexing services and HSM-backed key management for regulatory-grade custody, BIP-32/44 HD wallet hierarchies • AWS multi-account infrastructure provisioning from scratch with OpenTofu and Control Tower, Google Workspace SSO via IAM Identity Center • Strategic and technical decision-making as sole senior engineer, contributing insights for both technical and business choices • Facilitated clear communication of technical vision across technical and non-technical teams, operating under ACPR/AMF oversight • Established the company security posture: endpoint protection stack, incident response process, post-mortems. • Built an OpenClaw AI coworker serving as a company-brain and thought engine for product work (PRDs, competitive analysis) • Engineered AI coding-agent orchestrators against Linear backlogs for critical engineering: gated merges, quality and LOC-growth controls, and codified technical knowledge into reusable skills for code review and ADR authoring
