Main Tasks: Led discovery sessions with sales teams and brokers to capture operational needs, Managed the roadmap to deliver a production-ready system in 3 months, Designed dashboards (Posthog) to track funnel metrics: drop-off and activation rates, Ensured continuous stakeholder alignment between sales, brokers, and engineering. Results: 70% reduction in processing time for files by brokers.

Context: Station F wanted to structure the management of its 4 internal digital products by integrating its very first Product Manager. Main Tasks: Led discovery and mapping of business needs from cross-functional teams (ops, sales, IT, partners), Drafted cadrage documents and specifications to stabilize and evolve internal platforms, Built and prioritized a multi-product roadmap with stakeholders, Deployed dashboards (Posthog, Metabase) to measure platform usage and efficiency gains. Context: Up wanted to integrate a new cashback feature into its mobile application (iOS & Android) to enhance user experience and increase usage frequency. Main Tasks: Scoped and validated the functional requirements with business stakeholders, Coordinated the product roadmap and agile rituals with the development team and QA, Acted as bridge between tech and marketing, ensuring alignment on delivery and messaging. Context: Cstar industries wanted to integrate a dedicated product manager for the Startdataz project, a data enrichment hub.
