Main activities : # About the project management office: => Leading, supporting consultants in the methodology to ensure the quality of deliverables. => Ensure cohesion, agreement, skills development and integration of members. => maintain a posture of trust and communicate the progress of activities to our customers. => Identify and solve the difficulties encountered in the team. # About my portfolio projects: => Project to set up and sustainably maintain an organization to manage the performance of processes in order to be able to make the right decisions. - Identification of the organization and existing KPIs/Indicators - Search for the causes leading to the current situation - Definition of solutions to definitively meet the expectations while permanently eliminating the causes. - Standardization of the solution. => Risk of Over-Cost & Over-Time - Identification of hazards connecting the different risks - consideration of existing projects by linking them to the risks they deal with. - Project implementation to reduce risks without projects - Establishment of governance to monitor this thirty or so activities. - Preparation of communication and presentation support to inform the hierarchy of progress.
