Representative of Mango, I am sent to corporates or franchises' new stores in order to train, supervise and support the opening. My goal is to ensure that after my visit, the store understands the various aspects of global organization of a Mango store such as team management, product management, image and maintenance, visual merchandising and customer service. Key Responsibilities: - To help building up the store and preparing it for the opening, this starts at receiving the product, organizing the stockroom and placing the merchandise in the store. - To train the new managers as well as all other members of the team in all different tasks and areas in the store: team leading, product controlling, admin work, merchandising, image standards, etc. - To support supervisors and coordinators with all their needs, in their own stores as well as franchise stores.

My tasks were: - Participating to the creation of a fashion magazine - Writing jewels and watches’ descriptions - Preparing and organizing events - Managing the calendar of press inserts - Making daily internal reports - Writing press notes - Monitoring the social media (Facebook and Instagram) - Dealing with the RABAT magazine’s distribution in hotels and restaurants - Promoting the brand through collaborations with celebrities and magazines.

My missions were: - Ensuring that the highest service and operational standards are reflected at all times - Supporting the wholesale team by pulling products, greeting clients and maintaining all back of house areas - Maintaining the Visual Merchandising standards of the Showroom at all times - Receiving, unpacking and loging in all seasonal deliveries - Support tracking and monitoring of the samples loaned to different departments in the business - Packing and sending the collections to other Showrooms/Departments - Assisting in the set up and breakdown of the Showroom prior to and post market

I was in charge of Operational Marketing in my business school, in the South of France. I had for missions to : -Organize and Paritcipate to 30 meetings -Create and manage a database -Manage a team of 15 students -Promote the school in Facebook and Twitter -Prospect new schools

Localizz.fr is a company that sells products made in Provence. Thanks to its website, profesional and small consumers can buy local produtcs which include food but also clothes, jewelry, cosmetics,... I had for missions to: -Prospect new profesional clients such as restaurants, hotels, schools... -Retain all the customers -Organize various events to promote the company and its products. -Participate to all of its events, being an ambasador of the company. -Create flyers and other types of ads -Create the retail visual merchandising of the store -Meeting with some of the local growers, producers and artisans
