I manage the technical stack which fuel the blog planete-deco.fr (15M+ visits / year). I created a Wordpress-compatible Java backend for high performance and scalability, and monitor it with APM and an ELK stack.

For large corporate clients (Orange, ICDC, France Travail, etc.), scale-ups, or startups, I have served as a Tech Lead on various projects with significant business stakes, strict performance constraints, and demanding SLAs, among other challenges. With a strong emphasis on sharing best practices and enhancing team expertise, I have guided numerous development teams of varying sizes (3 to 20 people). At the core of my approach lies the end-user experience. I am particularly attentive to security, privacy (GDPR), and performance aspects. I am able to implement complete architectures, establish a technical stack, set up CI/CD pipelines, and define processes from requirements gathering through to production deployment. • ICDC: Led the frontend team, conducted code audits, produced technical documentation, handled version upgrades, improved testability, and performed code reviews. • HAGER: Led the frontend team. Oversaw a complete overhaul of the home-automation box interface. Implemented aggressive performance optimizations for the most demanding business screens. • ASTRIA: Served as Tech Lead alongside an Agile coaching mission for the client’s four project teams. Shared best practices, enhanced skill sets, and facilitated Scrum ceremonies. • SINCH: Implemented SSO, enforced SLA requirements, and improved overall quality. • GALILEE: Boosted performance and created a framework to manage business configurations via code, reducing human errors. Developed a custom parser for the project’s DSL to handle the most complex business rules. • GIGZ: Fully developed a music video streaming platform with both web and mobile apps. Built a custom streaming algorithm to optimize performance. • JOLOTTE: Fully developed an Android/iOS mobile app and published it on the stores. • CIC: Developed a serious game for the group’s agencies.
