In the telecom expertise team, I am responsible for qualifying products that communicate using 2G/3G/4G LTE and LTE-M/IoT technologies, as well as 5G, for indoor and outdoor scenarios. My responsibilities include: - Managing and structuring telecom laboratory activities - Developing strategic roadmaps for the telecom laboratory aligned with company objectives - Collaborating with various hardware and software teams, operators, and external laboratories - Monitoring task forces related to LTE-M/IoT product deployments - Preparing and presenting detailed progress reports on projects to management - Proactively monitoring emerging technological trends and assessing their relevance to Enedis (5G Redcap/N2N/e-SIM)

In the internet gateway product engineering team, I joined to strengthen the team for product launches and evolution. - Led RFI/RFQ documentation and managed tenders for new products and broadband boxes - Translated cross-functional needs (marketing, security, etc.) into clear product specifications - Defined features and requirements for routers and ONTs (GPON & XGS-PON) - Coordinated development, integration, and validation teams through product maintenance cycles - Owned budget and roadmap commitments for upcoming releases - Authored PRDs, requirements, and impact assessments to drive product delivery - Managed supplier relationships (chipsets, OEMs, software vendors) for engineering topics - Served as technical point of contact for product analysis and investigations

- Provide level 1 & 2 support on SIRADEL comprehensive product portfolio (Software & GIS data) - Software user testing and continuous improvement of the product quality - Presentation of SIRADEL products and services to prospective customers - Assist sales in the technical qualification and preparation of commercial offer for 4G/5G/Smart-City project - Participate in the exploration of new business opportunities suitable to the North American market (new features, new business models, etc…) - Cloud, SaaS and Atlassian management

- Technical study and comparison of radio products actually in use on the network for small cell / DAS / and indoor - Organisation of workshop with suppliers (Ericsson, Huawei, Alcatel-Lucent, Cel-fi, ...) - Study of solution’s cost in CAPEX and OPEX - Definition of deployment strategies for radio equipment
