As a Release Train Engineer (RTE) at ENEDIS, I had the privilege of working on an (Scaled) Agile program aimed at implementing a predictive planning system for electrical grid interventions. My role as RTE involved : • Hosting and facilitating PI Planning events and ARTSyncs • Acting as an AGILE methodology coach and servant-leader • Coordinating 3 development teams with 40 total members across 29 projects in the program, In addition to these duties, I was also responsible for the budgeting, cost analysis, and management of the program, ensuring stakeholders had a clear vision of progress and cost. Overall, it was an exciting and challenging project that required me to utilize my expertise in AGILE methodology and project management to take an active leadership role in the development of this transformative solution for ENEDIS.

Managed a project to investigate the viability of introducing a loading/unloading robot for our 5-axis CNC machines. The aim was to reduce manufacturing costs, improve organizational possibilities and agility, and adapt to the current economic climate. Key takeaways: • Project management : Oversaw the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, project planning, and stakeholder management. • Business analysis : Conducted a thorough analysis of the organizational, technical, economical, and human aspects of the project and developed a comprehensive business case. • Technical analysis : Led a scientific project involving parametric analysis and Finite Element simulations of a metal forming process called "galetage" or rectification of metallic materials by roll forming. • Skills developed : Scope management, risk management, stakeholder management, data analysis, simulation, decision-making, and problem-solving. The loading/unloading robot would enable dynamic planning of production, adapting to demand fluctuations, and reducing the burden on manual labor. This project required balancing the investment in new technology with the financial context, which has many inherent risks. The business case I developed provided a detailed analysis of the potential benefits and drawbacks of the investment, including cost savings, increased productivity, and new organizational possibilities.
