I support my clients with a variety of needs, from recruiting Android talent and auditing existing codebases to setting up efficient GitFlow and deployment processes. I also contribute directly to the development of key features and work to promote Android best practices within teams, helping to elevate their overall expertise and cohesion.

I’ve been actively involved in the development of premium features including in-app purchases, while also setting up robust CI/CD infrastructure and integrating Jetpack Compose and Kotlin Multiplatform into production environments. My role has extended to supporting Android recruitment efforts and shaping team growth. I worked primarily with Kotlin with some Java code (legacy only).

I implemented a new Cashback feature, contributed significantly to reducing technical debt, and played an active role in recruiting Android developers. I was also responsible for deploying new app versions to the Play Store. A key part of my work involved migrating the database (Realm to Room), move from Dagger to Koin, and restructuring the overall architecture (MVI/MVP/Other to MVVM) to improve maintainability and scalability.

As my first freelance project, I independently designed and developed a brand-new Android application from scratch to assist climbers in Fontainebleau (area near Paris). Working entirely solo, I established a solid technical foundation (Clean Architecture, MVVM, Unit test), created custom vector illustrations with Path, integrated the Mapbox SDK with multiple personalized layers, and implemented Algolia Instant Search for a fast and intuitive user experience.

I contributed to the implementation of a design pattern to enhance code consistency and maintainability, and developed a new Investment feature focused on cryptocurrencies. I also delivered several quick wins by improving existing features to boost performance and user experience. The project was built using Kotlin and Java, within an Agile framework organized around squad-based sprints.

I joined the team to help them to develop a brand-new Android application from scratch, establishing a sustainable technical foundation based on Clean Architecture and MVVM and relies on a huge test coverage (Unit test, integration test, UI test). My responsibilities included designing and implementing the database layer with Room, managing multilingual support, and defining comprehensive test plans covering unit and end-to-end scenarios. I also designed and integrated the first KMM components to support cross-platform development. The project leveraged a modern stack including Kotlin, Koin, Coroutines, DataBinding, Retrofit, and was delivered within an Agile, team-based sprint framework.

I contributed to the integration of a gamification platform and implemented a user profile system including login and statistics tracking. I also worked on reducing technical debt and led the redesign of several key screens to improve usability and maintainability.
