As CTO at Dialog, I lead product and technology across product engineering, machine learning, and data operations. My role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical direction, and delivery: understanding customer problems, defining what we build, and creating the conditions for our engineers to own projects from idea to production. Dialog is an AI sales assistant for e-commerce, bringing the guidance and personalization of an in-store salesperson to every online shopper. We help brands increase conversion by guiding customers toward the right products, while turning conversations into actionable insights about their needs, questions, and intent.

Stage réalisé au sein du service Social Responsibility & Green, avec pour principales missions : - Construction de modèles de machine learning afin d'optimiser les consommations d'énergie des réseaux mobiles du Groupe Orange - Application de ces modèles à plusieurs pays - Rédaction de recommendations à l'issu du stage concernant les leviers à privilégier dans le but d'optimiser les consommation énergétiques - Utilisation de méthodes de clustering (k-means, k-prototypes), d'apprentissage supervisé (SVM, random forest), d'analyses de séries temporelles
