🌐 ABOUT THE COMPANY Actual Group is one of France's leading independent staffing and HR services groups. With a nationwide network of several hundred agencies, it covers temporary staffing, recruitment, training, and employment support for job seekers, temporary workers, and client companies. The group has grown through successive acquisitions, which makes aligning tools, processes, and user populations across entities a recurring challenge for its internal product teams. 💻 MY ROLE End-to-end design of internal tools in a post-merger context, working with cross-functional teams and multiple business owners. ⮑ Designed a guarantee & unsecured outstanding management tool (Agencies → Customer Service → Management): unified flows, insurability check, and automated decisioning with AI. ⮑ Automated case handling: 90.5% of actions automated, decision time cut by 83% (125s → 21s) on an average of 1,000 decisions per month. ⮑ Redesigned the candidate listing and introduced AI-assisted sourcing: 2–3 minutes saved per search to match a candidate (≈100 per agency) to the agency's or client's need.

🌐 ABOUT THE COMPANY Renault Group's Technocentre in Guyancourt is the group's main R&D site and one of the largest automotive engineering centers in Europe, bringing together over 10,000 employees across design, engineering, and quality. The Quality Department oversees product and process quality across the group's vehicle programs, from development to production, and relies on shared documentation and internal tools to circulate standards and information to every team. 💻 MY ROLE Redesign and standardisation of designs and interfaces throughout the whole direction end-to-end. ⮑ Redesigned the Quality Department intranet (10,000+ employees). ⮑ 5 minutes saved per information lookup. ⮑ Built content structures to standardize how information is published.

🌐 ABOUT THE COMPANY Maestrooo is a boutique design and development studio based in Ivry-sur-Seine, near Paris. Founded in 2013, the studio specializes in Shopify and Shopify Plus e-commerce, from UX/UI design to front-end and back-end development, and works with D2C brands on custom storefronts, themes, and design systems. 💻 MY ROLE Design systems management. I also documented and organized workshops to migrate the team from Sketch to Figma. ⮑ Adapted the design system for MyJolieCandle. ⮑ Created a Shopify theme. ⮑ Documented and led the design team's migration from Sketch to Figma.
