Mission: industrialize an automotive fuel cell product from prototype to start of production in a new gigafactory – Responsibilities: – Product Engineering Leader for the development and industrialization of a fuel cell stack and associated cells, and support the integration of new lines, processes, and testing methods – Management of the associated project (direct team: 20 people / budget > €3M per year) – Achievements: – Step-by-step industrialization (product & processes) from prototype phase to serial production of the stack and its critical components in the new gigafactory – Stack design and manufacturing optimizations & production ramp-up (x20 in 2 years) – On-time technical readiness, deliveries and integration of 60 industrialized fuel cells in vehicles (race cars, buses and commercial fleet), ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certifications

Mission: develop, industrialize and license innovative accident-tolerant fuel products for nuclear power plants – Responsibilities: – Technical leader for the design of innovative products for the international nuclear fleet – Project manager of associated materials development project (direct team: 5 people / budget > €2M per year) and referent for the international regulatory authorities – Achievements: – Development and manufacturing of a breakthrough product from R&D up to delivery – Support on the industrialization of a coating process and deployment in internal factories – Licensing and integration of these new products into global reactor cores / 10 irradiation programs in total (France, USA, Switzerland and Norway)

Mission: evaluate multi-scale thermal behaviour of composite materials under extreme conditions – Role: PhD candidate in thermal and materials science – Achievements: – Development and implementation of thermal characterization setups under mechanical constraints at multiple scales – Modeling of heat transfer under constraints to validate experimental results – Delivery of a design dossier to optimize heat transfer during the manufacturing of composite structures – PhD publicly defended in December 2025

Development of a thermal protection system for the atmospheric re-entry of ballistic objects – Optimization of a numerical code simulating the ablation phenomenon of C/C composites – Dynamic meshing for coupling with ANSYS Fluent

Development of a thermal property measurement method using infrared thermography – Development of an experimental test bench based on infrared thermography – Development of associated thermal property estimation models
