Led strategy alignment and 16 transformation initiatives for the Digital Workplace End-User Support Service, developing roadmaps, leveraging advanced technologies (AI, ML, big data, cloud, cyber resilience), and engaging stakeholders through governance and demos to optimise outcomes and service quality.

Supported business change for European civil servants and 27 Member States across 300+ programmes, ensuring regulatory compliance within SFC2021, fostering stakeholder collaboration, and applying PM² and Agile PM² with tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage enterprise architecture and business processes.

Led change strategy and enablement across eight programs (€70 M), managing stakeholders using Prosci (ADKAR), conducting large-scale impact analyses, and developing training, communication, coaching, and change management plans to support successful implementation.

Oversaw a transparency program of 20 projects to meet regulatory objectives, establishing governance structures, resolving regulatory reporting issues, deploying Filebox for secure regulator communication, and implementing Jira to streamline project management.

Led lifecycle management of major information systems, implemented high-quality document and file management solutions, orchestrated complex data migrations to enhance platform integrity, and established a Business Analysis and Solution Centre of Excellence to drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Led change management for the new Content Management System, translating business needs into actionable steps, validating UI/UX improvements, and coordinating pilot groups and user acceptance testing to ensure successful deployment.
