Project types: Salesforce feature development, Microsoft license review, Intranet analysis and successful implementation using Microsoft Sharepoint and Viva Engage, Windows 11 migration, VOIP migration analysis and an extensive security analysis and results implementation (NIS2). Next to the projects I was in charge of reviewing and correcting the delivery and development processes, being the bridge between IT and the business stakeholders, budget management, vendor and freelancer management as well as the recruitment of new team members.

Ensuring that the project objective is met and that the project is delivered within expectations of budget and outcome. As a Strategy Consultant I was involved from the very beginning of the project where I guided and defined the vision and strategy for the project through workshops. I was a lecturer within both the Graduate's IT System and Network Programme and the Bachelor's Applied Informatics Programme.

I was a temporary substitute lecturer within the Bachelor's Applied Informatics Programme.

Within this internship I did a lot of research concerning Intrusion Detection Systems (network and host-based), Amazon Web Services and the internal systems of a Docker ecosystem. As a result, two proofs of concept were built. The first proof of concept was a distributed set-up of Security Onion, using a master server and several sensors transferring NIDS and HIDS logs to the master. Security Onion was set up to use the Talos rule set of SNORT and the Emerging Threat rule set of Suricata within the SNORT NIDS. Wazuh was used to provide the HIDS. The second proof of concept was built around Clairctl. Clairctl is using Clair and a local repository to upload and scan the different layers of a Docker image to provide a detailed report of known vulnerabilities in these layers. Both proofs of concept are using Docker containers under the hood, which gave me a great opportunity to get more hands-on experience with Docker and Linux in general.

The domains of the internship were project management, software management, version management, automated software testing, release management, release notes automation and Docker.

The goal of this PXL project was to develop a safety training course within a VR environment on behalf of 3-it. Scrum and the Agile working methods were used for a period of 4 sprints. There was a weekly meeting with the client to discuss our progress. Within this project I fulfilled the role of Project Lead and Conflict Coach for a team of 9 people. JIRA, Confluence and Testrail were used for the project management and the software management.

The goal of this PXL project was to develop a game and a management console. The purpose of the game was to indicate if the player would be a good fit for VikingCo and for a specific job function. I had the opportunity to be the system management lead for a team of 9 persons. My responsibilities were managing the workload and issues within the system management team. I was also responsible for setting up, maintaining and optimizing the blade servers and the vCenter environment.

Senior Level 2 support on site / remote. Advising level 1, level 2, level 3 remote support groups and level 3 on site. Performing the following tasks: - Remote controlling clients and servers. - Software, hardware and smartphone support. - General user administration in Active Direcory. - Client installation (manual, automated and building images). - Setup and documentation of new procedures. - Training of level 1 and level 2 support engineers. - Weekly and monthly meetings with branch administration managers. - Reporting directly towards the project manager and European IT manager.
