Duties involve : - Development, improvement and maintenance of tool responsible for monthly PDF bursting to brokers. Developed with Python (PyQt5, Selenium and Pandas) and Tableau Software (Tableau Prep and Tableau Server). - Porting current BO data queries system to a new infrastructure using SQL queries embedded in online Tableau dashboards (small Tableau add-on developed with Javascript to allow more flexible user interactions). - Development of different back-office automation tools using Python and VBA - Providing different data extractions to internal customers (SQL Server and PostgresSQL) - Data cleaning (Python) , analysis and dashboard creations (Tableau Software) for internal customers

Duties involve : - Help the actuarial department with daily back-office tasks (excel file creation, update and maintenance) - Create monthly reportings (Excel) - Develop back-office automation tools using VBA

Handle logistic department daily tasks such as : - Truck transportation order to deliver product to clients - Reception, checking and electronic filing of delivery vouchers from suppliers - Follow up and filing of all goods leaving the factory in order to find discrepancies between actual production and electronic files Some extra-tasks such as : -Handle English communication with foreign clients (both phone and e-mail) -Optimization and automation of operational files (mostly with Excel macros and VBA scripts) to increase department time efficiency and accuracy
