I designed a travel booking product for over 120,000+ shareholders. My focus was on creating a seamless user experience, minimizing friction in the user journey, and facilitating easy management of shares and holiday bookings. I led the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive design system that resulted in significant cost savings for the company, streamlining production and reducing time-to-market for the design, development, and product teams.
