I worked at the SBF Group hub, leading strategic and innovation projects for companies such as Centauro, Nike, NWB, FitDance, Studio 78 and X3M. As a generalist, my work was quite broad and ranged from structuring projects to the execution. The scope involved carrying out qualitative and quantitative research, supplier management, mapping business opportunities, building insights, presenting to executives, creating and facilitating workshops, among others.

I worked as a design manager for teams that impacted different stages of the consumer journey. The day-to-day included building PDIs, monitoring the team in 1:1s, aligning with PMs, GPMs and product directors, defining processes and facilitating dynamics for building product vision for squads, design sprints and OKRs. I also led the creation of a design maturity framework for the area.

I led the process of structuring, hiring the team and defining the content team's operating philosophy. One of the biggest challenges was disseminating the writing style guide among all the company's teams and providing support to product designers, product managers, customer experience and sales teams.

I worked on disseminating the importance of content to designers, PMs and other stakeholders, structuring the content implementation process, defining the brand's voice & tone, creating content guides for different areas of the company, structuring the new communication experience with customers connecting different channels, (re)building the FAQ and creating content for the app and other points of contact.
