In charge of project management within the Middle, Back, Legal, Compliance and Client Solution departments, I organize, plan and supervise various IT projects for the company. I have been involved in projects such as: - The implementation of the workflow and electronic signature tool DocuSign, - Implementation of the MMFR regulatory reporting, - Review and automation of the Middle/Back process and all AIF flows, - Development of a performance calculation database for funds and mandates.
