Executive Interim, 6-month assignment (Mai 2019 to October 2019) – Public Transport (turnover M€ 404 over 8,5 years – 500 people) Context: takeover of the Brest Métropole transport network as from July 1rst 2019 by RATP Development • Contract analysis, financial commitment • Organization and implementation of local accounting. Accounting, financial, SI flows between the subsidiary in Brest and the parent company. Set up of monthly closings reports. Participation in the implementation of the local payroll • Implementation of group procedures: Purchasing, treasury, investment demand, inventory management • Implementation of intercompany conventions: management fees, cash pooling • Participation in the negotiations of the transfer agreement with the previous delegate and the Delegating Authority • Assessment of skills and support of financial teams, and development of training plans

Executive Interim, 11-month assignment (March 2018 to January 2019) – Fashion Retail (turnover M€ 150 – more than 200 shops - 600 people) Context : Company under LBO with very strong growth. • Preparation of 5-year Business Plan, reforecast 2018 and budget 2019 • Monthly closing: supervision of reporting ‘s processes. Coordination with accounting offices of 15 foreign branches and with the internal accounting team. Preparation of the report to the fund and shareholders • Recruitment of the controlling team (5 people). Skills development, especially accounting notions • Participation in the selection and implementation of a new accounting ERP (Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Power BI • Participation in the calculation and implementation of new transfer prices. Evaluation of internal margin impacts
