Health Data Platform (US healthcare) • Built and maintained Laravel integrations with 15+ EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts), mapping HL7 v2 messages and FHIR resources into a single normalized patient schema in PostgreSQL • Built an embeddable web SDK giving partner organizations a read-only view of aggregated patient records via an expiring link, with no account needed. Records render against hashed patient identifiers with PII stripped server-side • Implemented server-side pagination and bulk actions on the patient records table, including select-all across the full result set, using an inverted selection model (filter plus exclusion list instead of thousands of IDs) • Built the aggregated patient dashboard in Vue, replacing per-source manual lookups, with configurable columns users can reorder by dragging and save as reusable templates • Implemented AES-256 encryption at rest and full audit logging of PHI access for HIPAA and HITRUST Strategic Connect AI (B2B partner matching, Apr 2024 to Aug 2024) • Delivered the full SPA end to end (Vue 3, Laravel REST API, MySQL) in four months • Built the matching engine: relevance scoring over 200,000+ public technology contract awards, returning the top 20 partners per technology topic • Designed MySQL full-text search and indexing to keep queries sub-second • Built capability-statement upload and profile management for the matching pool Engineering practice: PHPUnit suites in GitHub Actions on every PR, CodeRabbit for automated review. Built custom Claude Code tooling adopted by the team (skills, slash commands, and a Jira MCP server packaged as a plugin).
