In partneship with the COMEX and as part of the HR Corporate team, plan and deliver local HR strategy in order to support business objectives. Provide consulting and business partnering to the management team in all areas of HR. Facilitates organizational change. Manage employees relations. - Act as strategic and trusted HR business partner by providing HR advice and support. - Manage the HR Cycle over the year in full alignment with corporate guidelines and in coordination with the Local HR Business Partners involved (e.g. Headcount & Staffing, Competence Strategy, Culture Change, Performance campaign, Talent & Reward), - Lead the implementation of company wide HR projects, programs and initiatives - Support the full scope of the HR function
