I have the honour of advising several sub-Saharan African countries, mainly Côte d'Ivoire, on all matters contributing to the improvement and development of the energy sector. I bring to these countries my sector expertise that I have accumulated over the last 25 years with the largest energy companies and governments that have done me the honour of calling on my services.

Ivory Coast: Steering of the financial review of the Ivory Coast energy sector, covering the entire sector of the various production, transport and distribution capacities (over the last few years from 2018/2022 and projected to 2023/2030), interviews with all the players in the sector, reports on the years 2018/2022 and 2023/2030, recommendations and Benchmark on 12 African countries for the Minister of Energy. Ivory Coast: Steering of the mission to Ivory Coast to support the three-year State/CIE review (electricity transport/distribution), production of a methodological note to support the negotiation process, recommendations of elements to be sent to the negotiation teams, critical analysis of the business plan proposed by CIE for 2023/2025. TOGO: At the request of Togo's Ministry of Energy, we carried out an audit of electricity transmission and distribution tariffs projected to 2030, and produced recommendations and conclusions. The results were presented to the Minister of Energy and the energy sector management teams. Management of teams of 3 to 10 people (economists, modellers and energy sector experts).
