The role at Sanofi is the Global Deployment of a Demand Management Tool (DRP tool called M2) and integration with SAP system on all Plants and subsidiaries in a context of deployment of a Core Model of SAP Manufacturing System called SAP Athena and a VMI program. I assure a Functional Expertise on M2 by intervening as IT M2 Deployer to deploy the solution according Sanofi standard methodology PUMA (equivalent of ITIL). For this I do the gap analysis during the scoping phase. I do the global design with the several system partner under SAP to check the compliance with the M2 prerequisites. I manage the several partners to ensure the global structure of the interfaces through TIBCO. I do the SIT and support the business during the UAT phase. I am in charge to organize the cut over-plan activities with all the system partner and assume a role of transversality and integration.
