Maelle Immaculée TAWEMA

Introduction

I help organizations deliver complex IT initiatives by bringing structure, clarity, and execution excellence in fast-paced environments. With several years of experience as a Delivery Manager and IT PMO, I operate at the intersection of business, product, and technology, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of strategic programs, including data and AI-driven transformations. I specialize in: - Driving end-to-end delivery of IT projects and programs - Structuring governance and operating models (PMO, ITSM, Agile) - Aligning cross-functional teams (business, product, engineering) - Improving performance through KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives - Supporting AI integration within delivery frameworks and program governance I bring a strong combination of rigor, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management to secure execution, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable outcomes, increasingly in environments where AI is reshaping how we build and deliver.
