Recruitment : • management of the recruitment from A to Z • implementation of a recruitment follow-up • publication of positions on LinkedIn and Workable • management and follow-up of interviews • creation of hiring proposals and contracts. • onboarding: creation of a personalized onboarding process in conjunction with the persons concerned. Administrative management : • request and follow-up of medical visits • creation of contracts • follow-up of expense reports, leaves, absences... • management of EVP in collaboration with our payroll firm. • management of onboarding and offboarding of employees. Training management : • management of training requests in conjunction with our organization OPCO • Support to managers and employees on various HR issues. HR development : • Implementation of an outsourced payroll service provider • Implementation of an HRIS (Factorial) • Creation of a welcome booklet for employees • Implementation of an e-learning platform, co-optation system • Implementation of a monthly newsletter, Implementation of bi-annual interviews • Setting up of the CSE • Implementation of a rule of good conduct and internal rules • Use of Notion and creation of HR pages for employees and managers
