Led sourcing, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment for this highly technical, niche team. Partnered closely with hiring managers to ensure a strong match and positive candidate experience. EMEA Talent Acquisition Team Focused on Business Development professionals, Head of MarTech, and various marketing roles across the EMEA region. Managed building talent pipelines and aligning hiring strategies with regional growth plans. Collaborated with cross-country teams and stakeholders to deliver quality hires within tight timelines. North Macedonia Local Team Recruited for the local market, specializing in software engineering (frontend, backend, QA automation), finance roles, marketing automation, design positions, project managers, program managers, scrum masters, and administrative positions. Delivered end-to-end recruitment and built strong relationships with hiring managers to fill critical roles supporting both local and regional goals.

We founded Artigum Management in 2011 following the objective of recruiting qualified European staff.
