My assignments include: Borealis Polymers (Mechelen) 2021- Responsible for all recruitments related to location Mechelen, Stream Talent Acquisition Specialist for Digital Solutions (flexible in location) and other recruitments with location flexible for Europe (Austria, Sweden, Finland and Belgium), including Senior Leader roles. Included is sourcing, screening, vendor mgt, contract drafting and relocation support. Argenta (Antwerp) 2020-2021 Responsible for the hire and selection of new employees, defining recruitment criteria, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, vendor management, contract negotiations and financial offers. SCK-CEN (Mol) 2021 Launcing new vacancies, screening all potential candidates, for several Institutes, ranging from Researchers to Lab Technicians. Nyrstar (Balen) 2019 Active sourcing for technical (industrial production) profiles such as Project Engineers, Foremen and Work Preparators, attracting suitable candidates for hard to fill vacancies. I do the first screening of candidates, formulating feedback and advice for hiring managers, and redirecting the search where necessary. SCK-CEN (Mol) 2018-2019 Part of a recruitment team responsible for the search for and pre-screening of candidates, organizing and conducting the interviews, and assuring the adequate follow-up of the whole recruitment process. Borealis Polymers (Mechelen & Zaventem) 2018-2020 Fully responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of all vacancies related to Mechelen and to the Digital Studio (Zaventem), from sourcing to contract negotiation. VAB (Zwijndrecht) 2018 Active sourcing for IT profiles, attracting talent and selecting new recruits, and advising the business on the market and recruitment process.
