Design and Implementation of a secure Big Data Hadoop cluster on linux (manually) using the Kerberos protocol and Apache Ranger : * Set up a Big Data Hadoop cluster of 3 nodes (NameNode and two DataNode). * Implement the client part of the Kerberos protocol in the Hadoop cluster to ensure authentication of cluster users. * Implement the Kerberos protocol server portion on a machine that is separate from the cluster. * Install Apache Ranger on a separate machine from the cluster and install the Plugin-HDFS and the Plugin-Yarn on the NameNode to achieve communication between the Hadoop cluster and Apache Ranger. * Create and configure SSL and SASL certificates to enable data protection on Hadoop.
