Enterprise Architect | Principal (Contract) Led the design and phased rollout of an Agri-tech platform. In collaboration with the Belgian investment Bank Alterfin, Tunisian Startups and Agri-food Industrial Consortium. Key achievements: Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and consistency in translating complex business requirements and goals into a cost-effective unified solution. Defined IT master plan, work breakdown structure (WBS), risk breakdown structure and architecture design records (ADRs) while progressively identifying improvement opportunities (ITIL). Audited and optimized the irrigation & calibration IoT systems. Implemented gRPC services using Airflow DAG (instead of Node-RED) for real-time workflows (batch) orchestration. Led the development and the (canary) deployments of modular solutions that integrate key domains such as MRP, QM, Payroll, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and BI with ERP and CRM systems. Designed & developed GS1-compliant inventory and FOREX transparent governance solutions. Head of delivery & Engineering - EasyMovie (Interim) Optimized the feedback loop and streamlined the SDLC by adopting Agile best practices boosting sprints velocity by 30%, doubled deployments frequency and cut lead time by 30%; Led (Hands-on) the manual test automation across web and mobile products using CircleCI, Selenium, Python, Terraform/AWS and bash scripting. Managed engineering operations and scaled/upskilled hybrid teams (Remote: NYC, France – Onsite: Tunisia) enabling a high-agency and true ownership engineering culture. Participated in the development and code reviews of the web video editor (ReactJS+Go API+AWS S3).
