- Worked on classification of MRI Echo Noises Superimposed on ECG signals Using Random Forest (RF) classifier : Working on extracting features from mice and rats ECG recorded under MRI to detect different echo noises and optimizing the model using attribute evaluators - Accuracy obtained: %97 - Worked on murine Atherosclerosis Detection using Random Forest (RF) and Info-gain (IG) attribute evaluator: Extracting features from Murine ECG and respiratory signals, selection of features using IG and detecting atherosclerosis using RF classifier Accuracy obtained: %98.18. The work is published on IEEE Xplore - doi: 10.1109/IECBES48179.2021.9398816. - Worked on improving Electrocardiogram (ECG) identification systems using hybrid Features : combining human electrocardiogram signals' fiducial and non-fiducial features, and identifying individuals using random forest classifier (RF) - Accuracy obtained: %99.2
