Restructured, rethought, and globally simplified the user journey in Salesforce. Solina has around 450 active users which made it a complex but highly interesting task to work on.

Skello is a young French-tech startup helping restaurant (or hotel/shop) owners save time, efforts and money by facilitating their roster-creation process and automating employee payslip data creation ! Together with the rest of the team, we took pride in helping more than 200 institutions save on average 20 hours per week. As Skello's first farmer, my role was to ensure clients were kept happy. My main tasks included : - Setting up an active farming strategy - Following up with clients via phone/email or in person for special trainings - Taking an active role in streamlining our client analysis to track good/bad users (resulting in a full automation of the analysis with client's weekly "grades" migrating to Salesforce automatically) - Keeping up with our user community by preparing & sending weekly updates During my time at Skello, I used the following tools on a regular basis : Intercom, Slack, Salesforce, Metabase, Google Drive and the Google Suite & Zoom US. In 6 months, the number of clients grew from 100 to 200 :)

Practice Ignition is an Australian start-up active worldwide that focuses on helping accountants automate their proposal process and payment reconciliation. As the only CS in the APAC region, I was responsible for over 250 customers all over Australia and the Pacific. My main role was to maximise customer engagement by proactively reaching out to them. I also took part in several road-shows where I represented Practice Ignition.

- Assist brokers on day to day jobs (middle office) - Gather market information - Reporting on a daily basis

My responsibilities include: - Setting up a data analysis system - Sportting and fixing data analysis errors along the way - Training the brand assistants (5 people) to use the data analysis system that I set up. The aim was for them to use it on a daily basis in a near future. - Finding trends in sales and consumptions and their explanations.
