📌 Responsibility: Responsible for the Bid management of R&D innovative projects 🚧 Realizations: Bid Management; Identification & mobilization of resources; Overall project management (planning, monitoring, evaluation); Selection of partners and suppliers; Definition of the Work Breakdown structure; Management of reviews & COPIL coordination for the board; Development of the content of the project offer (including Business Model, Business Plan, intellectual property, export license & CNR, Risk assessment, Ethics); Negotiation and contractualization; Guarantee the technical, financial and calendar consistency of the offer and developing policy recommendations. 🎯 Major achievement: E=MCM awarded project. R&D and innovation project in the maritime mine warfare defense sector with a budget of €68.9 million and involving 25 European defense partners and suppliers (industrialists, SMEs, academics).

📌 Responsibility: Business development and operational project management. 🚧 Realizations: Identification of opportunities for calls for projects on the segments of interest of the client and its subsidiaries; Definition and implementation of project monitoring indicators (dashboard, KPIs); Drafting of the proposal including (Business Model, Business Plan, intellectual property, Risk assessment); Management of suppliers and partners; Management of technical, cost, quality, contractual and calendar aspects of projects and closures; Negotiation and contractualization and developing policy recommendations. 🎯 Major achievement: E-NACSOS awarded project: Project in the air combat defense sector and inter-allied operations requiring the sharing of large volumes of secure and rapid data. This project has a budget of €101 million and involves 30 European partners and suppliers operating in the Defense sector (industrial, SMEs, academics).

📌 Responsibility: Project manager. 🚧 Realisations: Project structuring and the design of strategic outlines R&D and innovation projects, establishment of strategic partnerships around an industrial consortium, assistance with project positioning); Drafting of proposals and submission of projects; Assisting in obtaining tax reductions in connection with their R&D and innovation work; Carrying out scientific eligibility audits and preparing technical and financial files with the French tax authorities.

📌Leading the radio/network engineering for Bouygues & SFR operators from the design to the deployment as well as sites & upgrade of existing sites with respect to engineering rules: Analysis of radio & microwave transmission requirements, Radio coverage, Microwave transmission link budgets, radio equipments design (Ericsonn, Huawei, Nokia, Commscope), maintenance & upgrading databases, driving transverse technical studies of radio engineering. 🚧 Responsible of conducting network audit & specific indoor engineering studies (Hotel, industrial sites, railway stations etc.) for operators to ensure the quality of indoor mobile coverage & network QoS. Technical reports including relevant radio & network KPIs and recommendations based from investigations are provided as deliverables.

The Doctoral School offers an ICT Innovation programme where doctoral candidates acquire a mindset for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (I&E).

📌Responsibility: Design and maintenance of the commercial success of SIRADEL products. 🚧 Realisations: Building the overall success of SIRADEL products (SaaS and Standalone) dedicated to the design, optimization and simulation of cellular and IoT networks for OEMs and operators; Development of strategies for the vision of SIRADEL products and development of a 10-year horizon business model.

PhD title: Millimeter-wave radio channel characterization and site-specific simulation for 5G systems

I visited the radio propagation group (leading by Prof. Katsuyuki Haneda) of the Radio Science and Engineering of Aalto University. My work was focused on the 5G channel propagation in mm waves.
