Scrum master of two data-driven agile teams in the Data&AI department which works in a SAFe « by the book » environment. Inside the Millenium Agile Release Train and working with those two teams called « data centre », one for Market Data with 13 people and the second for Clients and Climate Data with 12 people : - Plan, organize and animate Scrum ceremonies - Be the guarantor for the right application of Scrum Framework by the teams - Allow the POs and teams to be as effective as possible into their role providing them with KPIs, good practices and tools - Define and maintain the Definition Of Ready (DOR) & Definition Of Done (DOD) with the teams - Remove impediments to keep teams focused on the sprint goal achievement - Continuously analyse teams performance and weaknesses and help them identify ways of improvement - Effective use of tools such as Jira, JQL, ScriptRunner for Jira, Structure, Confluence, Klaxoon - Make sure the Teams’ backlog is as ready as possible using weekly backlog refinements done with the POs and teams - In a agile at scale environment, facilitate the preparation, execution and retrospective of each PI planning - Using multi-business prioritisation workshops, apply WSJF tool to prioritise the features of the product backlog - Manage Risks and Dependances with other teams of the Train - Participate to the Community of practices with other Scrum Masters of the train to share and continuously improve the way we work - Synchronisation with other agile teams throughout ART Sync

For the client Allianz France : Business: Publishing for Property and Casualty, Health and Life Insurance Context: Optimization and evolution of outgoing communication flows for Allianz France Achievements: In the Document Output Management (DOM) squad of the Transversal Solutions Domain Scrum Master of a squad of 14 people in a scaled agile environment. For the client Generali : Business: Delegated management of health and provident collective insurance Context: Design of an application for the automation of the processing of delegated flows Achievements: Within the Delegated Management study team of the IT Department - Functional design: detailed specifications of 14 application systems and UML modeling - Animation of business and IT workshops: requirements gathering and validation of specifications - Testing : design and execution of test cases and datasets - Project management: macro costing of lots, planning, workload plan, risk monitoring and reporting - Follow-up of requests for enhancements and corrections in Jira - Functional support to developers: presentation of specifications, questions / answers

As an IT developer, my daily tasks include : • Analysing requirements and writing specifications and technical documentation • Developing a web application to manage employees entrance and departure with Bootstrap, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery • Creating a formalized signature generator using Google APIs • Developing functions, triggers and stored procedures in PL/SQL
