In charge of several outsourcing contracts, I manage quality indicators (SLA's), human resources and financial contracts. I guarantee the coordination of the application, the reliability of the data provided in the configuration management database (CMDB), customer communication, relation with different technical stakeholders. I am also the point of escalation in case of major incident with the GDI by validating the consistency and the respect of the indicators on my scope My main activities: - Change, Incident and Problem Management according to ITIL process - Make sure to update configuration management - Prepare and lead the weekly committees - Prepare and lead the follow-up instances (Operational committee, Steering committee, Strategic committee and Technical committee)
