Part of AXA France Reputation team, we are responsible for the full spectrum of reputation risk management: 1- Establish and Oversee the Reputation Risk Management Framework - Define, implement, and continuously enhance AXA France’s reputation risk management framework. - Ensure the framework operates effectively in close partnership with internal stakeholders. 2 - Risk Identification and Assessment - Identify and map key reputation risks through ongoing analysis (media monitoring, social media, reported incidents). - Assess incident severity using a standardized evaluation scale. 3 - Incident Management and Mitigation - Develop and recommend mitigation or corrective actions for identified incidents. - Support risk owners in the operational management of incidents. - Serve as the decision-maker for sensitive or crisis communications, including the authority to suspend all communications and advertising if needed. 4 - Awareness and Training - Organize reputation risk awareness workshops throughout the year for networks, business teams, support functions, and cross-functional teams. - Provide messaging guidelines and recommendations for managing sensitive situations across all channels. 5 - Monitoring and Coordination - Oversee comprehensive monitoring of AXA France mentions in the media, online, and on social networks. - Coordinate incident response with internal teams (Security, CSR, HR, CROC, etc.) and escalate to AXA Group in the event of major incidents. 6 - Reporting and Communication - Report major reputation incidents in line with internal procedures. - Deliver regular updates to AXA Group (short-term impact incidents, annual reviews for key risks). - Prepare and lead the crisis communication unit, draft the crisis communication manual, and participate in annual crisis simulations. 7- Governance - Regularly present reputation risk monitoring to the AXA France Risk Management Committee. - Participate in AXA Group’s Global Reputation Network.

Managed comprehensive daily media relations for AXA France Executive Committee members and their respective areas of expertise, including Human Resources leadership, Information Systems management, and General Secretariat functions. This involved coordinating media interactions, preparing executive briefings, managing press inquiries, and ensuring consistent messaging across all communications channels. Developed strategic communication frameworks tailored to each executive's portfolio while maintaining alignment with corporate messaging guidelines. Participated in a comprehensive regional communication strategy to enhance AXA France's local market presence and stakeholder engagement. This included defining regional messaging priorities, establishing communication protocols for local markets, coordinating with regional teams to ensure brand consistency, and developing targeted outreach programs to strengthen relationships with regional media, partners, and key stakeholders. The strategy focused on adapting national corporate communications to regional specificities while maintaining brand coherence and maximizing local market impact.
