Introduction
I've always been fascinated by how people think, behave and make decisions, which naturally led me to UX Research. I love diving into user needs, uncovering insights and helping teams create experiences that feel intuitive and engaging. With 3+ years of experience in banking and consumer credit, I specialize in qualitative research (usability testing, interviews, concept validation) while combining it with data to ensure products meet both business and user needs. I thrive in collaborative environments where I can challenge assumptions, solve complex problems and make products truly work for people.
