Introduction

I thrive at the intersection of high-growth strategy and operational turnaround. Throughout my career at Dott, Kraft Heinz, and Starbucks, I have specialized in turning ambitious visions into profitable realities by focusing on three pillars: 👉 Operational Rigor & Cost Discipline: A proven "cost-killer" mindset. I specialize in identifying inefficiencies, restructuring underperforming departments, and optimizing P&Ls to ensure lean, sustainable operations. 👉 Strategic Scale & Restructuring: From scaling "Day 0" startups to managing perimeters of 250+ people, I build (and rebuild) teams that are fit for purpose, ensuring the right talent is in the right seats to drive performance. 👉 Human-Centric Leadership: I improve operations by managing people the right way—combining high accountability with a deep commitment to team development. ❤️ Whether it’s a 24/7 logistics challenge or a high-growth startup mission, I build processes/routines that work and teams that thrive. 🚀
