Teads is a 1B. company based in 55 countries with more 1 200+ employees, a leader in the advertisingindustry, providing a full-funnel solution from advertisers to publishers. In charge of the Teads for Ads Manager platform, a multi-cross-functional team. I work closely withthe dedicated product director to shape the vision of the product roadmap and create the strategy toimplement the best solutions to be disruptive and offer an excellent customer experience. As a product manager, I worked on a daily basis with a team of engineers (7), data analysts, UX UIdesigners, the sales team at a global scale, and the leadership team, to gather needs, feedback, andchallenges, and discuss solutions and best practices. From the discovery to the delivery, I manage all the little to get there. With a strong focus onmeasuring client adoption and retention. I make sure that our KPIs are reached. If not, I spend energyon understanding the Why, to improve and iterate a better product-market fit.

Founded in February 2019, in Montréal, Canada, Healthya is a web application that started from a simpleanalysis: people with chronic diseases or disabilities are facing heavy challenges when it comes tocentralizing their personal medical information. I created the first prototype from scratch in July 2017, and from there I iterate and rebuilt the productfrom 0 four times. Each time with a new technical team I recruited myself.As a founder, I wear different hats during this adventure that I started a while ago when I was 25 years old. I was a Chief Executive Officer, meaning I was the voice, the face of Healthya. I pitched it, I promoted it,I created partnerships and I built the business. So I am also very skilled in the topics of legal (business& medical), finance, administration, business model, sales, marketing ... I was head of product, I learn product skills with Healthya. I was doing everything related to the product,and R&D except coding. This means that I did UX UI, Q&A, writing specifications & documentation, andled research & workshops, ... From the discovery to the release, roll-out, client adoption, and everything in between, I am here, doingthe small and big tasks to make it happen.The story ends when I came back to France and when I become a mother, it was hard to maintain thisproject that was not financially as successful as needed. Success: we released 3 interfaces, 1 for the patients, 1 for the practitioners, and 1 internal console forthe admin. We launched them in 6 months (2021)

Nomad wolves is a creative agency based in Montreal, we founded it in 2018. We provide creative videosfor advertisers. We work closely with marketers and creative agencies to bring to life impactful andexcellent videos. My role in the company was multiple:I promote our services and attract new clients & partnerships. As a project manager, I help the Artistic Director & Productor to smooth the client experience duringthe journey. Working hand to hand with the client, and the internal team to align everyone, respect budget, anddeadlines, and be the key contact to manage any friction or discrepancies between the stakeholders.As a marketer, I built a maintain the website, animate the social network pages of the company, managethe CRM, and all the administrative work related to my position. Success: we got a massive contract with Bank Desjardins in Montreal and Quebec, and we got a contractwith the city of Montreal.

Arche Innovation is a consulting company focusing on promoting an open ecosystem in innovation. Arche innovation works closely with cities: Montreal, Quebec, Sherbrooke, Joliette, Mont-Tremblant,Dakar, and Abidjan, ... With universities: Udem, Udes, UQAM, ... Big companies: NASA, Desjardins, Pages jaunes, ... Arche helps startups to be more included in the landscape, we build incubators, startup programs, andevents, and we do consulting with cities and big company to design custom programs in order to createa bridge between all those stakeholders. As a project manager, I was a key contact between our clients and the stakeholders involved in theprocess. I worked on different projects and topics: • Building an incubator with a research center and universities • design and implement a startup program in an incubator • coordinate hackathon and startup fest • create a school of entrepreneurs in Abidjan • leading an internal program about the future of work - designing the educational content and promotingit externally • building two incubators in Joliette and Mont-Tremblant • animating workshops with politics, executives, citizens • writing detailed reports and driving deep research on economical & political topics • presenting complex projects with synthesis and clarity to different public • create roadmap, evaluate feasibility, cost and operational needs

C2 Montreal is Canada’s leading business event. A playground for the imagination, C2 Montréal is athree-day immersive event in a highly creative setting that draws over 5,000 participants hailing from60-plus countries and more than 30 industries. Past speakers have included Spike Lee, James Cameron,Martha Stewart, Gary Vaynerchuk, Arianna Huffington, Richard Branson, Steve Wozniak, Jane Fonda,Snoop Dogg, Bozoma Saint John, Francis Ford Coppola, Marcus Samuelsson and Randi Zuckerberg.AS product manager in the virtual reality program, I was in charge of coordinating all the stakeholdersin the same direction. The project aimed to create a virtual environment for the event in May.Partners such as studio Sansar (second life) and LUCAS film were involved in the project. Success: We launched it !!!! For 3500 people My tasks: • evaluate the feasibility, create a roadmap, evaluate costs and operational needs • study the industry and the stacks • discover the virtual environment and test it with the creatives and the technical team • leading DEMO with clients • participating in the design and the narrative of the experience • logistics on the even, in charge of the virtual reality stands.

La Station Coworking started from a dream, and we did it. From buying a mountain to creating a coworkingwhere you go skiing, have a delicious launch, go to the spa, and have an interesting talk with internationaldoers and influencers, this is what we built in Mont-Tremblant. As a project manager, I collaborate with the founders, the city, the citizens, and the investors to createa concept that answers the need of the nomad digital entrepreneurs without breaking the local vibes. Roadmap, operation, budget constraints, timeline, and beyond, to make this happen.
