 The Objective of this project was to perform a Security Assessment of the entire IT infrastructure, and to implement preventative strategy for finding weaknesses in the architecture before cybercriminals can take advantage of it.  Perform a deep vulnerability analysis about all the System and Network components of the infrastructure.  Detect vulnerabilities and related them to CVE’s documented by the vendor.  Propose solutions, updates, upgrades, to resolve these vulnerabilities in collaboration with the IT Teams.  Define a vulnerability roadmap in MS project and in Jira Plan and create a backlog of actions to dispatch to the IT Teams.  Function as technical project manager in the evolution and migration of the Datacenter infrastructure and applications.  Evolution, maintenance, and End-of-Life roadmaps for the different technical assets and products.  Create security governance for all infrastructure elements together with the CISO.  Gather and analyze requirements from the business key users.  Define test strategies for the different U.A.T.  My role within this project was to migrate and implement a new CRM and ERP platform for this wholesale organization.  Responsible for initializing a technical project to migrate Jira to the new Microsoft Azure VM templates.  Identify problems and opportunities, based on data and by working with others, to improve the user experience.  Responsible for maintaining Jira Datacenter on Microsoft Azure.  Repair the unstable Jira Platform, analyze the performance issues, and fix them.  Advise the teams on the best infrastructure solutions to meet project requirements.  Participate in the technical design of infrastructures, ensuring their efficiency and scalability.  Write and update design documents, including backup and archive design, storage design, capacity projection models, and scalability models.  Ensure the quality of infrastructure solutions by testing and verifying them before deployment.  Perform Testing in the DTAP (Dev, Test, Acceptance, Production) Environments  Collaborate with the Security team to report that the Dynamics platform is GDPR complainant.  Drive technical design sessions and translate business requirements into well-architected and efficient solutions.  Analysis of business, functional and technology-related needs, requirements, and specifications.  Improve and tune the Java arguments to improve the performance and stability of Jira, and Confluence  Perform a deep vulnerability analysis about Azure Gateway.  Detect vulnerabilities and Inform the IT Teams about the security breach.  Propose solutions, updates, upgrades, to resolve these vulnerabilities in collaboration with the IT Teams.
