I am working in Central Operation department mainly on EMEA and AMER. I am helping to manage the internationnal RPA program and RPA Central Center of Expertise I am helping to manage the internationnal BPM activities. I am collaborating with "lean" experts

I mainly managed Migration projects concerning ARIS BPM tool. I managed it in an matrix and internationnal environnment, EMEA, APAC, AMERICA ... I had the chance to manage the teams, the stakeholders. Take part in provider and contract management. Design a new architecture. Manage developpments, tests and deployment. This in order to provide a new version ARIS 9 and 10 very stable for BNPP Group. I also managed a main BPM team event, the internal business client's communities in 2016. I also lauched implementation of ARIS Connect for the Group.

I am responsible from TTM Project Governance administration mainly on Board/Milestone/Quality and Ressources management. It is important for me to work in Process mode, Stakeholders & Project Managers are involved in the process. I decided to launch, and I made an automation project to improve the quality, save time (manual administrative activities to become automated) and help Project Managers & Stakeholders to follow easily the process. I am currently in charge of making a TTM Reporting for the Executive Committee.

I worked on a Project "Orange Corporate Credit Card process" mainly on the Design review to suggest a new automated process to replace older manual process. I worked autonomously on a transversal Security Project following French EBIOS Risk analysis method to provide IS/IT Security solutions accepted by the management. I decided to make a transversal detailed Inventory for Quality Center data's format standardization to anticipate specifications implementation for Orange migration to another Information system.

For my first concrete experience, I had the chance to work on a very challenging Project from User requirements, specifications to a workflow design and the implementation of a tool. This, to support a process involving all main IT teams and concerning Operation Rules proposal & validation.
