Introduction
Avec plus de 10 ans d’expérience en management de l’innovation, je suis actuellement Chef de projet Roadmap Innovation chez Spie batignolles. Je me spécialise dans la gestion de projets innovants, la transformation digitale et l’utilisation de méthodologies collaboratives telles que le Design Thinking et le Lean Startup. Mon rôle consiste à accompagner les équipes dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de solutions innovantes adaptées aux défis actuels. Passionné par le travail collaboratif et la mobilisation des équipes, je m'engage à inspirer mes collègues pour atteindre des objectifs communs et générer des impacts durables au sein de l'organisation.
