Framed 5 consortiums to answer bid tendering processes for large scale green hydrogen production platforms connected with offshore wind farms developments in Europe, including energy majors Equinor, SSE, Aker Horizon – Engineering companies Doris, Enersea BV, TechnipFMC - Construction yards Chantiers de l’Atlantique, HSM Offshore BV and Borr Drilling company. - Delivered proof of concept for offshore renewable hydrogen production, composed of an offshore barge with 1 MW PEM Plug Power electrolyser powered by the 2 MW Floagen floating wind turbine off Atlantic coast of France. - Delivered an offshore barge demonstrator project with 10 MW electrolyser in Antwerp, Belgium including EU application and funding, financing structure, building of project partnership and project package execution. - Delivered 2 offshore platform concepts (300 & 500 MW) and 1 offshore floating vessel (500 MW) at basic engineering level with a cost class 2 estimate at +/- 40%. Chaired high level of Hazardous Area Classification (ATEX) and Dispersion studies. Leader of renewable hydrogen work group at France Renouvelable and Evolen organisations - Led lobbying activities, public affairs, tribune writing, strategy for the development of offshore wind and associated production of renewable hydrogen in France, link with European offshore wind associations and France hydrogen organisation.

Responsible for the proper execution of a service contract for Ailes Marines composed of a consortium between Iberdrola and Scottish Power for the Saint Brieuc Offshore Wind park. Manage the budget of the different services by supervising the corresponding staff. Participate to the recruitment of the personnel. Responsible for the technical deliverables to the consortium and economic returns to Vulcain. Liaise directly with Vulcain's top management to align objectives with internal KPIs of Vulcain.

In connection with my EMBA with HEC Paris: Develop the turnover of the company by multiplying sales of projects in the conventional and green energy sector such as oil&gas, compression of biomass gas, electricity generation and solar projects. + 1 Million € within 6 months. Liaise with clients and suppliers to identify potential markets for growth. During lockdown time, use the "Design Thinking" methodology to derive 4 business plans on emerging markets for the future growth of the company. Consolidate resource allocation for the set up of the activities. Adresses the financing plans and marketing strategies to the CEO for the launch of the new departments.

Managed technical and administrative aspects of the first Start-up sequence for the entire Martin Linge field leading start-up team at Total operation department Supported Operation Manager in building the Return of Experience files to Total Group in Operations, Maintenance, Information Technology, Working Environment, Technical Safety, Spare parts and Workshop management. Delivered a thorough REX report to Operation Manager for presentation to Total board.

Led the construction of the North Module part of the Flare module of the Martin Linge Topsides. Reported to the Construction Manager on a weekly basis. Applied construction standards in welding, painting, lifting/handling, piping and installation of instrumentation/sensors on module. Managed Samsung construction team to optimize construction planning and budget. Solved procurement and suppliers’ issues. Organized for inspection, preservation and maintenance activities on site. Aggregated all info for the Engineering design of phase II of the LNG plant covering for multidiscipline topics. Run risk matrix and found mitigation actions when necessary. Provided both technical and financial evaluations in constructing and installing a 2nd LNG train for Melkøya’s plant on Snøhvit to ensure successful completion of project within time, budget, and quality. Check for compliance requirements. Used Norsok as the reference specification for the design of the facilities. Evaluated design and cost for awards in predefined areas (APA), Frontier, and Greenland exploration rounds. Ensured technical follow-up of Snøhvit, FRAM, and NSGI licences. Key Achievements: § Spearheaded cost estimation process, reviewed projected design by Statoil for the 2nd LNG train on Snøhvit field to support the executive committee in Final Investment Decision. § Delivered design and led cost estimation procedure for 12 applications on Norwegian Continental shelf and Greenland.

§ Generated monthly analysis of hydrocarbons production from platforms and onshore plants of the Norwegian continental shelf to cease causes of disruptions. Review of risk register § Compiled leak simulation studies using PDMS in-house tool on gas export pipelines between gas processing plants and terminals in Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France and UK St. Fergus. § Derived new viscosity parameters of correlation equation for natural gas. Tested gas sample to validate the new factors. Implemented new factors in the core calculation program of the control room that sends sales gas to Europe and UK in order to pack an additional 2% gas volume in export pipelines. § Publications.
