- Global sourcing portfolio of depollution components for PSA engines (Europe, China, Latam) - Purchasing strategies elaboration for major commodities - Team management of 6 buyers in sourcing regions (direct report) - Direct commodities: exhaust system, emission component, valves, coolers, actuators... - Supplier’s portfolio: Mahle, Borgwarner, Continental, Valeo, Rheinmetall, Bosch, Delphi, Magneti.

- Elaboration and implementation of a new purchasing organization for Peugeot and Citroen Retail network in Europe (160 sites in France, 80 sites out of France) - Alignment of specifications and purchasing policies for both Peugeot and Citroën Retails with the legal framework - Creation of new indirect purchasing department - Purchased commodities ( energy, logistic, waste treatment, cleaning, office equipment, marketing, advertising, insurance, phones, printers, office stationary, welcoming, maintenance, protective clothes, temporary work,... )
