CCPlus is an IT company which provides services to different customers around the globe that range from Consultancy, Project Implementation, End to End Integration, and many other IT related Services. My job comprises the following tasks and responsibilities: -Searching for candidates from different nationalities and backgrounds. -Screening CV -Creating job descriptions and job Ads -Direct relationship with clients (receiving their requests, studying their needs & demands, providing them with CVs, arranging interviews between them & the shortlisted candidates) -1st interview with candidates from all nationalities (Skype & phone calls) -Studying & creating candidates' costs sheet and fixing their salaries -Making Draft offers for the shortlisted candidates + negotiation -Updating on a daily basis the data base and the clients pipeline
