– In September 2024, I transitioned from my permanent role at Coriolis Composites to working independently as a Contract Manager. This shift allowed me to pursue a Master's degree in International Business Law, which I completed in June 2025.

– Draft and negotiate multi-million Euro contracts for equipment and software sales – Prepare and negotiate bank guarantees and Letters of credit with clients and banks – Review and prepare responses to public and private tenders – Implement export control procedures for dual-use items in accordance with European and American regulations – Monitor export control requests in direct contact with the French export control services – Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations and top management to resolve contractual issues in a timely manner – Conduct regular reviews of internal legal compliance to identify areas for improvement and ensure that all procedures align with organizational objectives – Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and other key stakeholders, resulting in increased client satisfaction – Provide training to staff on contract management best practices

– Supervise and participate in the activities of the Sales and Export Administration department (management of a team of two) – Be the focal point for internal (Sales/Finance/Purchasing/ Operations) and external (customers, banks, subsidiaries, agents, etc.) stakeholders, master information flows – Carry out the reporting of the activities of department

– Manage shipments and monitor historical shipment activity – Manage service failures with providers and work with customer to resolve any potential issues – Identify cost savings opportunities (route guide optimization, order consolidation, lead time compliance, etc.)

– Organize and manage international shipments – Negotiate rates with the various players in the logistics chain – Manage export documentation for shipments from the EU and South America to Russia, the Middle and Far East

– Prospect and sell directly the events to companies, participants – Customer portfolio management – Coordination on-site of the smooth running of events

– Develop and monitor customer portfolio – Develop the supplier network and negotiate contracts (prices, terms, etc.) – Organize export logistics and export documentation
