Management of the project “Front Simplification” in collaboration with FO (traders/sales) Booking (futures & Swaps) and the different events receipted from FO. Resolving discrepancies (back or front office) on Vanilla and exotic swaps. Reconciliation FO/MO/Internal system of deals booked on FO side.

 Managing investors relationship, existing and prospects.  Structuring and modeling new leveraged loans funds and CLOs (Collateralized loans obligations).  Managing third parties and data providers relationship on solutions, tools and services and negotiating the contracts and pricing.  Providing portfolio reports and analytics for internal and external use.  Ongoing monitoring of portfolio assets, contributing to the quarterly fund valuation process and reporting to investors.  Developing policies and procedures for efficient asset management and compliance  Interacting with different teams internally (legal/Compliance/finance departments and portfolio management).

 Performing operational due diligences to prospects, clients and rating agencies (CLOs)  Risk control on positions respecting portfolio tests, triggers & client constraints.  Collaborating closely with fund managers and structurers in launching new funds, pricing and closing CLOs.  Coordinating with different teams internally (middle Office/ legal department/Data referential/Data pricing/structurers & finance department) and externally with agents, arrangers, trustees, custodians and counterparties.  Cash/liquidity management, buy & sell orders on money market funds in accordance with clients’ requirements.  Booking trades in WSOWEB (Markit tool) & monitoring these positions (updating rating, spread, maturity. etc).  Trade settlement (primary or secondary/manually or via Clearpar) respecting standard market documentations LMA & LSTA and deadlines/cut offs.)  Resolving beaks between trustee cash balances and WSOWEB positions based upon agent notices, on daily basis.  Validating trustee monthly & quarterly reports (including waterfall payments).  Assisting portfolio managers with the clients’ quarterly reportings and different clients’ queries.  Liaising with the compliance department on all KYC requirements/onboarding on Loans.  Validating NAV quarterly calculations and distributions

Fund managers support on CDS, IRS,TRS, Options and Swaptions Booking deals, calculating coupons and resolving discrepancies on these instruments Collateral management, control of flows, weekly and monthly reporting Liaising with internal teams, external custodians and the counterparties
