Introduction
In today’s complex world, I believe people are the key to any successful and lasting transformation. When people are aligned with purpose and trust, they drive sustainable performance. I have over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, working in both large international groups and fast-growing organizations. I’ve consistently worked at the crossroads of people, business, and transformation. I started my career in recruitment in the aviation sector, then spent nearly 20 years at Société Générale in strategic HR leadership roles — including International HR Business Partner, Regional HR Director, and HR Director of Sogeprom, a growing SME in real estate development. These experiences taught me how to lead in complex, multicultural, and regulated environments, across phases of growth, transformation, and restructuring. More recently, I’ve led major HR transformation and M&A projects in the car leasing industry, covering due diligence, post-merger integration, and HR governance across 26 countries. Today, I support organizations as a senior HR consultant during key transitions: growth, integration, restructuring, or leadership change. I’m also currently pursuing the Transformance Pro certification to develop a more coaching-based approach to my work. I’m pragmatic, hands-on, and committed to helping people and organizations grow and succeed.
