For my client project during the GA course, I had the chance to work for Knok, a healthcare mobile app that provides access to primary healthcare connecting doctors and patients in the same location. When they decided to implement a video appointment feature, Simi, Spencer and I saw an opportunity to design a new home screen and restructure the whole flow to ensure both appointment types could live side by side seamlessly within the app. The solution was presented at the Health2.0 conference in Barcelona by the Knok team and implemented in their product.
