• Defines, deploys and manages the risk management framework for the Renault Nissan Alliance for data protection GDPR and other regulations in 35 countries • Interacts and reports regularly to the members of the Executive Committee: alerts, crisis exercises, cyber attacks • Builds and updates procedures, KPIs and controls • Responsible for the real-time coordination with the control bodies (CNIL, ECB, ...) of operational responses during security incidents: 0 sanctions, 0 control by the authorities, 0 significant breaches • Supervises and leads the team of about twenty local correspondents and DPOs • Monitors and trains employees • Supports business lines (e.g. Marketing, eCommerce, HR, Security,...) for their compliance, via projects integrating the principle of Privacy By Design & Default: from calls for tenders with service providers to the implementation of solutions, including the drafting of contractual clauses

• Defines and executes the regional strategy • Coaches BB/MBB & other Lean Sigma actors • Leads projects & facilitates ad hoc workshops for the business • Designs and delivers a variety of training courses • Improves the 3 V-up methods (sharing of "best practices", benchmark...) • Promotes the use of the method and ensures its dissemination in Europe • Ensures reporting and other activities in liaison with the Japanese headquarters

• Leads projects in the fields of Automotive, Real Estate, Consolidation of outstanding loans and Consumer credit: IT, operations, compliance, etc. Change management • Applies BPM: process optimization, productivity, LCC outsourcing, cost reductions, introduction of new products/processes • Coordinates the "Trotter" quality audit, benchmark, head of the VOC committee, Complaints & ACFC department • Coaches Green Belts with the Lean 6 Sigma method • Conducts awareness and GB trainings, ensures program communication, coordinates company conventions
