Projet : Pour le compte d’une entreprise publique secteur de la finance, dans le cadre d’un audit de performance au sein de leur projet d’observabilité : Mission : ➢ Analyser leur infrastructure et proposer une ou plusieurs solutions afin d’améliorer le délai de chargement d’un de leur tableau de bord DigDash.

Dans le cadre d'un renforcement d'équipe, j'ai pu mettre à jour et créer des tableaux de bord via l'outil DigDash pour des clients dans le domaine public et privé avec un accompagnement au suivi de projet.

Dans le cadre d’un projet de centralisation du développement de l’offre décisionnelle au sein du service consulting : • Technique : - Identifier, comprendre et apprendre sur les solutions existantes au sein de l’entreprise. - Installer les produits décisionnels : IBM Cognos 10.2.2 et Decision chez les clients à court terme. - Se former sur les frameworks dans Cognos pointant sur l’ERP maison « Hexagone ». - Superviser et piloter le développement et l’évolution de solutions décisionnels à venir. - Récupération et réorganisation du support Cognos à venir. - Former les utilisateurs sur les produits mis à jour. • Fonctionnelle : - Recevoir le transfert de connaissances des différents acteurs. - Centraliser en un seul et même « endroit » le lieu du support : la personne chargée du poste sera le référent et gérera le support pour les clients qui auront un interlocuteur principal. - Mettre en place puis assurer une qualité de service lié au support des produits décisionnels. - Etendre et conduire l'offre décisionnelle : recueil des besoins client et analyse de la faisabilité technique en collaboration avec l’équipe R&D.

Dans le cadre d’un projet de migration du progiciel santé, au sein du service d’interopérabilité : • Technique : Mise à jour des flux de données - Configuration du module « Service Echange » dans le progiciel de santé « Hexagone » présent au sein d'acteurs de la santé comme les hôpitaux, les cliniques, les maisons de retraites… - Suivi client après intervention. • Fonctionnelle : -Cadrage en avance de phase de migration pour une intervention dans les meilleures conditions. - Enrichissement de documentation interne (wiki interne), documentation d’intervention (compte rendu) pour les clients suite à la configuration sur leur serveur. - Analyse de méthodologie existante dans le but de mettre en place une documentation pour automatiser au maximum certaines étapes de configuration du module.

Phase de cadrage : réalisations de spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles dans le but de migrer leur donnée d'un ancien système vers un nouveau système afin de récupérer les données nécessaires.

Dans le département DSI, participation à la gestion du support utilisateur international : • Support utilisateur niveau 2, 3 : création ou modification de documents BO 4 en fonction des demandes métiers. • Mise à jour des univers et des droits utilisateurs (IDT, CMC). • Réalisation de Newsletter, vidéo à des fins de tutoriels pour accompagner les utilisateurs sur la manipulation de l’outil BO.

Dans le département Digital Factory de la DSI d'Orange, participation à la réalisation de projet décisionnel : • Mise à jour de l'univers : selon besoin métier (ajout table, objet..) • Réalisation de document avec SAP BO XI 3 : à destination du contrôle interne et de gestion.

Dans le département des ressources humaines, participation au suivi de projet "reporting RH" : • Traduction de documents BO : avec l’outil de traduction de SAP BO 4 • Réalisation de « fiche signalétique » : permettant aux utilisateurs d’avoir une définition du document BO et savoir ce qu’il contient.

In the Education department and as part of the LAGAPEO project (implementation of the new software about the management of the establishments) overall of Vaud Canton, intervention on the change management: • Inventory of all peripheral and "no official" applications used locally by 90 establishments • Creation of the referential to prepare to the resumption of these applications and test their compatibility with the new system of management before the deployment overall. • Writing of synthesis and monitoring forms. Environment: Windows / FileMaker Pro Advanced 8.5 v1.

The customer is a reference actor in property business. Assistance at associates’ cabinet as part of a consulting mission in organization for the creation of IT Department group: • Participating in audit interviews with the different IT Departments and their collaborators • Redaction of reports and synthesis.

Within the Direction « Cooling & Ventilation » group, to obtain an overview about the stock and maintenance: • Analysing of the existing and writing the questions for the workshops • Collecting and analysing needs’ users such as supervisor of the management stock, supervisor of maintenance, operationals, external suppliers. • Creation of Web Intelligence reports with Business Objects XI 3.X • Validation of data qualities (integrity, coherence, pertinence) • Creation of the documentation (indicators, univers…) • Monitoring the project / PMO (results, using reports…) Training : English courses and Business Objects Web Intelligence and Infoview.

Within a conception prototype project «Medical module» on OpenERP 5 & 6: • Elaboration of games’ tests Functionnal : creation of doctor cards, patients cards, data saving, facturation Going back up technical bugs of the project supervisor • Translation of functionalities (English to French) • Writing of users’ guides

Within group project of Business process management, deployment of Management Lean on the Credipar activities: • Studying the system documentation quality management (processes, procedures, instruction notes, procedures, quality dashboard) • Animation workshop of requirements with the operational people of call center, management and credit litigation department • Identification of flows, external service providers, description of activities, tools, computer tracking and steering etc. • Measuring the durations of treatment activities • Writing mapping process of bank clients, from the acceptance of loans to managing litigation • Writing LEAN documentation for the general Direction of Credipar and PSA group. Training Lean: PDCA and A3.

Within a project setting up a control system sales and inventory: • Extraction and Supply : Data Manager. • Creation Package, refund information : Framework Manager. • Reporting : Query, Report Studio. • Attend Upgrade Cognos 8.2 en 8.4. Training : Cognos « Report Studio » 8.2.

Within marketing direction : • Installation and configuration of Samba. • Harmonizing mail: starting the site and the administrative interface.

• Help to manage the computer equipment : troubleshooting, relocation, installation. (team of 15 people). • Development of a project of cadet officers’ grading in languages: PHP, HTML, Java script, languages and with MYSQL’s database. Training : military during one half month.
